Claudia J. Gonzalez, MPA, MSHRM

Prior to Veritas, Claudia spent more than a decade serving in the Office of the President at Florida International University, building her career in higher education administration and executive operations. She ultimately served as Assistant Chief of Staff, with experience spanning organizational administration, strategic initiatives, human resources, and executive leadership. Claudia also served as an adjunct professor, reflecting her passion for mentorship, education, and helping others grow.

Claudia holds a Master of Public Administration, a Master of Science in Human Resource Management, and a graduate certificate in Human Resources Policy and Management. Her background has shaped her belief that strong organizations are built through intentional systems, exceptional people, and a culture that never loses sight of those it serves.

After FIU, Claudia made the intentional decision to focus on growing her family and being present at home with her children while continuing to evolve professionally. During that chapter, she developed extensive hands-on expertise in marketing, social media strategy, branding, digital communications, content strategy, and audience growth, combining her creativity with the strategic and analytical approach that defined her earlier career.

Today, those experiences come together at Veritas. Claudia leads the strategy behind how the firm operates, communicates, grows, and presents itself to the community. From internal operations and team culture to branding, marketing, and the client journey, she works to ensure every aspect of the firm reflects the same level of intention and excellence as its legal representation.

Building Veritas alongside her husband, Anthony, is also deeply personal. Together, they share a vision for a different kind of law firm: one where exceptional legal representation and genuine human connection go hand in hand, and where clients feel known, supported, and cared for.

Outside of the firm, Claudia’s most important role is being mom to her two children. She loves making memories with her family, traveling, discovering great food, and fitting in as much Disney magic as possible. A self-proclaimed Disney girl, foodie, and forever a girl’s girl, she believes deeply in showing up for people, a value she brings into the culture of Veritas every day.
