Eric Shapiro, Esq.

After earning his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, Eric built his career at one of Florida’s largest and most established personal injury law firms, where he spent more than 25 years representing injured clients and ultimately served as a Senior Pre-Litigation Attorney. Throughout his career, he has handled a broad range of personal injury matters, including automobile and traffic accidents, wrongful death claims, premises liability, slip and fall cases, and other claims involving serious injury and negligence.

That experience has given Eric a deep understanding of what happens long before a case ever reaches a courtroom. He understands how claims are evaluated, how insurance companies approach them, and how careful preparation from the very beginning can ultimately shape a client’s outcome. Just as importantly, after decades of working with injured individuals and their families, Eric understands the very real impact an accident can have on every part of a person’s life.

Eric earned his Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Behavior and Management from the University of Michigan before earning his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law. He is a member of The Florida Bar and has been involved with professional organizations dedicated to protecting the rights of injured individuals.

Born in Hartford, Connecticut, Eric has called South Florida home for more than 40 years. Outside of the practice of law, Eric is a family man through and through. He loves spending time with his wife and daughters, cheering on his favorite Miami sports teams, and staying active through CrossFit.
