Over $30 Million

Insurance Defense
Former other-side experience
Over the course of his career, Anthony has helped recover over $30 million for his clients. His practice focuses on personal injury, property and automotive damage, insurance coverage disputes, construction defect, breach of contract, and complex civil litigation. Having previously defended insurance companies and corporations against hundreds of millions of dollars of exposure, he understands how the other side evaluates claims, their strategies and defenses, and uses that knowledge to aggressively advocate for the people and businesses he represents.
Anthony is bilingual in English and Spanish and takes immense pride in representing minorities and the poor. His passion for practicing law comes from a genuine desire to help others through some of the most difficult moments of their lives. Whether representing an injured client, a business owner, or a family facing an insurance dispute, he believes every case deserves relentless preparation, honest communication, and fierce advocacy. Spend just a few minutes talking with Anthony, and it becomes immediately clear that the law isn’t simply his profession, it’s his purpose.
A proud South Florida native, Anthony earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and International Relations from Florida International University before receiving his Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law. While in law school, he served as a senior staff member of the FIU Law Review, clerked for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and served as a Certified Legal Intern with the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office.
When he’s not in the courtroom or advocating for clients, Anthony enjoys spending time with his wife, his high school sweetheart, and their two children. Together they love traveling, making memories as a family, and enjoying the simple moments at home. He is also actively involved in the community, coaching both girls softball and boys baseball: roles he considers just as important as his work in the courtroom.
